I believe that equity for public education would mean that I could walk into any school in the DFW area and expect the same level of attention, supplies, knowledge, and resources despite my income level, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, education level of my parents, or my gender. What three words would your community, family or friends use to describe you? Loud, happy, and caring. What energizes you outside of work? Exploring the area with family and friends.
