The PIC Alumni Community is rapidly growing, and includes leaders who have completed our two-year Principal Fellowship program. Our current alumni community includes over 50 diverse leaders from across Dallas-Fort Worth who are principals, district leaders, consultants and non-profit organization executives.
The thoughtful design of the PIC program empowers principals and equips them with applicable tools to improve self-leadership and leadership of teams.
