Program Coordinator
Martella currently serves as the Program Coordinator for the PIC team. Martella assists with workshop planning, implementation and office administration for PIC during the program year.
Martella began her career working in a support role for a private non-profit, the Kansas Health Foundation in Wichita, KS, where she developed a genuine love for working in the non-profit sector. Martella moved into the mortgage and banking industry working for US Bank and Bank of America and continues to be an active real estate agent in Texas. Martella’s most recent experience involves working as the Director of Operations for an Employment Network that facilitated the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work and Partnership Plus programs where she was able to grow the program's participation from nearly 100 to over 300 successful working participants, helping them to transition into income self-sufficiency.
Martella has enjoyed her experience working in organizations that share the same human-centered approach to increasing well-being, which allows her the opportunity to support the work efforts of the PIC vision and mission.
