​A Note of Gratitude for PIC Leaders

This year, more than ever, we believe in taking some quiet moments to reflect on gratitude.  At PIC, we are particularly grateful for our principals and would like to publicly thank them for the many ways they are impacting their communities.

Thank you to each of you.

Thank you for thinking creatively and divergently to solve problems you never thought you’d experience.

Thank you for using this creative and divergent thinking to challenge your school communities to address inequities on your campuses. 

Thank you for using empathy to design solutions that fit your students and families’ unique needs. 

Thank you for focusing on your own wellbeing so that you can continue to stay present, engaged, and healthy not just for your school families but for you personal families as well. 

Thank you for inspiring your teachers and staff to persevere through unthinkable challenges. 

Thank you for creating spaces full of trust and courage that puts all children at the center.

Thank you for committing to your own development and growth at a time when trying out new ideas can be even more difficult. 

Thank you for seeking out feedback and for giving feedback to one another. 

Thank you for showing up each day committed to your students, your staffs, and your families.  You are heroes to us.
