Job Description: The PIC Office Manager is responsible for managing the general operations and administrative functions for the PIC program team. These responsibilities include managing the budget and program finances, supporting team HR processes, managing logistics for program workshops and events, managing team calendars and supporting leadership team with individual calendars. To support PIC’s overall strategy and growth, the Office Manager may at times support key internal strategic initiatives, such as program marketing, recruitment, evaluation, and development. In this role, the Office Manager will interact with PIC participating principals and program partners such as funders and district leaders.
This role reports to the PIC Executive Director. Currently, the Office Manager is a part-time role, but there is opportunity to expand to a full-time role as program grows.
