The Principal Impact Collaborative's 2018 Cohort is comprised of 12 dynamic and diverse leaders from across the metroplex. Our principals come from Dallas ISD, Fort Worth ISD, Richardson ISD, Mesquite ISD and Uplift Education. The 2018 Cohort launched in June 2018 and completed in Fall 2020.
2020 Leadership Collaboration
The PIC 2020 Leadership Collaboration was led by PIC’s graduating 2018 Principal Cohort—designed to spark dialogue and learning around the complex role of school leadership, what school leaders need to successfully navigate their roles, and the role that PIC plays in supporting leaders.
