The inaugural Principal Impact Collaborative cohort was launched in June 2016 and completed in June 2018. Our nine principals spanned over the DFW region--from Dallas ISD, Fort Worth ISD, Arlington ISD, and Uplift Education--and led their campuses to impressive gains as they implemented their unique campus action projects developed during PIC.
