"PIC worked with me to design a program that was tailored to our needs. As the Poly Pyramid team of principals participated in the cohort-based program, they reported the skills they were learning, and collaborative experiences with their colleagues, were giving them strategies and invaluable time together as learners. I am thrilled with the dedication the PIC team has offered our principals and flexibility to quickly adjust based on our feedback. Our team was given top-notch PD from a group of talented presenters. Our leaders were amazing before the program, and now they have become more resilient and effective at leading others while also sustaining the principalship."

PARTNER WITH PIC
"PIC is my "go-to" organization when I need support developing design sessions. They serve as invaluable thought partners and always deliver best in class content and facilitation. This year, my organization piloted a working group of Dallas County school district human capital experts. To ground this group in a collective definition of quality, we engaged with PIC to build out sessions that would take these human capital experts through elements of human centered design to ultimately build a Dallas County Portrait of a Teacher. Developed through multiple rounds of empathy interviews and feedback, the portrait captures and defines the attributes of the teachers that our students really need. This portrait has laid the foundation for the rest of the work this group has done this year such as audits and edits of hiring and evaluation tools. I couldn't ask for better partners in this work."
