What is something you have learned or taken away from PIC’s sessions and core content areas? 
Promoting well-being for staff and students is becoming a problem of practice among school leaders.

How would you define equity for public education?
Equity in education is the process of reforming practices, policies, and procedures at the school and district levels to support academic fairness and inclusion and ensure that every child has the resources, teachers, interventions, and supports they need to be successful.

What three words would your community, family or friends use to describe you?
Generous, funny, and a great host

What energizes you outside of work?
By the time I spend entertaining my friends and family. I also enjoy being outside, going to natural reserves and presentation parks in the North Dallas area.
