The 2023 Cohort is PIC's seventh Principal Fellowship group and includes leaders from six North Texas districts and school networks. Collectively, the 2023 Cohort brings more than 100 years of combined experience, impacting more than 14,730 school students and 1,800 staff members across 21 zip codes in Dallas-Fort Worth.
